A strategic mixed-use development project enveloping 81 hectares of land and 1200 meters of shoreline, Natour Development caters to the eco-traveler and tourist. Total investment cost is projected to be around 1 Billion US Dollars with a total built-up area of around 218,000 square meters. The project will be financed through a mixture of equity and a syndicated loan and it will be executed with a period of seven years over several phases. Project amenities include: villas and apartments; a five-star hotel; and eco hotel; a village offering retail and dining outlets; luxury hospitality and nightlife entertainment; active outdoor activities; and landscape architecture.
