Who we are

This website is operated by Hassani Trading Co LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on behalf of the Hassani Group of Companies (referred to as "we", "us", or "the Group"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Contact enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, company, the business area you select, and your message.
Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, location, years of experience, LinkedIn profile, cover note, and the CV file you attach.
Technical basics: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept for security and troubleshooting.

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

Contact details are used to respond to your enquiry and route it to the relevant company or team within the Group. Application details and CVs are used to assess your candidacy for the role you applied to and to contact you about it.

Automated categorisation

Incoming enquiries may be automatically categorised (for example as a sales, supplier, or careers enquiry) so they reach the right team faster. Categorisation is reviewed by people, and no decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made about you by automated means.

Where your information is kept

Your information is stored on our secure hosted server infrastructure, with access restricted to authorised personnel. It may be processed on secure servers located outside the United Arab Emirates. CVs are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, after which personal details are removed.
Job applications and CVs are kept for up to 12 months after the role closes, then deleted or anonymised.

Who we share it with

Enquiries and applications are shared within the Hassani Group of Companies strictly as needed to handle them. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw a previously given consent. Write to us at hassani@hassani.ae and we will respond in line with applicable law, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
